Grant has recently launched his 'Trust The Chef' degustation menu where dinners can opt for a four, six or eight course dinner or lunch degustation. But there’s a twist. You won't know what you'll be eating, until the plate lands on your table. All dishes are designed exclusively for each diner by the Chef on the day using only the freshest daily produce and ingredients.
“Each course is a total surprise. No menu is the same. New tastes, an explosion of flavours, it’s like river dance in your mouth” says Madgwick who has been an international chef for over 30 years. “People with allergies can be catered for with some advance notice, so as long they’re adventurous, than this is definitely an experience for them”, he added.
Fusing modern Australian, Indian, French, Italian & Asian flavours, Grant creates small tasting dishes which are guaranteed to excite the taste buds leaving diners intrigued and guessing “what’s next?”
“It’s an exciting and adventurous way to dine and a great way to try new things which you otherwise wouldn’t”, says Piers Silingardi, a regular diner at the restaurant.
